It started with one truck and a simple idea.
A connection to the UTSW medical community, a hard look at how much good food gets thrown away, and a belief that a hot taco can be a small act of care. That's where The Nourishment Project began.
Today that idea is a documented, transparent nonprofit feeding thousands across DFW — and we're just getting started.
